User Agreement

Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing is a limited liability company (LLC). The following User Agreement and Policies is binding to all who access, visit, and use the website www.goldenrulethreads.com (“Site”) or engage any services (“Services”) provided by Golden Rule Threads Screening Printing LLC (collectively “the Agreement”). If you choose to continue to visit, access, and use the Site or Services you are in complete acceptance of any changes or revisions to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the Agreement, you may not continue to access, visit, and use the Site or Services.

Updates: Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing LLC reserves the right to update, change, add, modify or remove portions of this Agreement at any time. We will provide the date of any revisions on this page. It is up to the User of this Site to check back to review updates.

Age Requirements for Users

Users of this Site and Service must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Users who are younger must be operating in conjunction with an adult, or acting guardian who is responsible per the terms of this Agreement. 

Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing LLC will never knowingly solicit, nor will we accept personal information from users known to be under thirteen (13) years of age. 

All Users who act on behalf of institutions, organizations, corporations or small businesses, schools or any other entity of any nature, must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must be authorized to act on behalf of that entity to design and purchase custom merchandise per the terms of this Agreement. 

Payment

All orders require payment prior to production. Delay in receipt of payment for orders may delay your in-hands date.

We can process Credit Card payment after you have signed and returned your Order Approval. We do not process payment until your Order Confirmation has been reviewed and approved. 

We process payment through PayPal secure gateway and processing services.  We do not store credit card information. Please visit PayPal for their Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

Cancelations

In the event an order needs to be cancelled, refunds or return of deposits will be based on the status of the order and may be subject to penalties and/or restocking charges.

Due to the complex nature of the Order Process, from design and proof creation to production and delivery of goods, we do not allow cancellations after you have approved your order and proof. No cancellations will be accepted once an order has been printed.

Return Policy

Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing LLC is committed to ensuring that all orders are of the highest quality and delivered on time.  Consequently, Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing LLC accepts returns and will refund payment if and when our merchandise disappoints customers for the following reason:

  • the design on the products you received is markedly different than the final mock you approved

Return claims must be filed within 7 business days of receiving your order. All defective material must be returned in order to receive a refund or replacements. Please email us at info@goldenrulethreads.com to file a return claim.

Termination of Service

Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing LLC has the sole discretion to reject any order at any time for any reason, defined or undefined. Content that Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing LLC considers libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane, will be rejected.

Garment Sizes

We are at no time responsible for sizing of garments. It is the complete and total responsibility of each User to research, choose, and/or approve the selected garments for your order. Garment measurements and sizing are subject to change at ANY time and are not the responsibility of Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing LLC.

There may be some variation in the sizing of any garment compared to the current specifications provided by the manufacturer. If the sizing is significantly different, please let us know within 72 hours of receipt so we can report this to the quality control department of the supplier.

Manufacturer Defects

Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing LLC is not responsible for mistakes or defects on behalf of the manufacturer or distributor: mislabeled sizes, inconsistent coloring, dye lots, manufacturer garment defects, etc. Manufacturer and distributor defects or mis-shipments will delay production until all garments are received. We recommend that you order more garments than needed for each size.

Ink Colors

Computer monitors have different settings so the colors represented on the apparel mock up may not match the actual ink or thread colors  printed on your garments. Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing LLC is not responsible for variations between your monitor and the actual ink or thread colors. The best way to avoid any discrepancies, is to provide a Pantone Color Number with your artwork.

Shipment and Delivery

Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing LLC orders are generally delivered within 10 business days. If you are concerned about meeting a specific deadline, please contact Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing LLC for assistance.

Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing LLC will not be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
