    Pricing & Order Process

Pricing is determined based on variables such as Artwork Format, Garment Size, Type, Color, Print Location, Quantity, Ink Color, Size of Artwork, and Setup.

    Setup

Procedures involved in getting apparel print ready from ordering, unloading, preparing equipment, sizing, printing, etc.

    Artwork Format Services

Artwork must be in Vector Format for any Printing job. Vector Format is digital drawn art that uses the original Artwork as a reference. A Vector image can be resized to any size and not lose its image quality. If the Customer does not have Artwork in Vector format the Artwork will need to be changed by a graphic designer. Vector files include: .ai, eps, svg, pdf.

    Type and Size of Garment

The type of shirt (t-shirt or long sleeve shirt) cost is based on fabric. The heavier the garment, the higher the cost.

The size of the garment determines the cost. Larger sizes require more fabric to produce. The larger the garment the higher the cost.

    Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order is 12. The higher the quantity ordered, the lower the cost and vice versa.

    Printing Location

Anytime that you place a garment on a printing press, it is one job.  When you remove this same garment and place it on another press, it is another job. More print locations (front & back) will add additional set up time and run time.

    Number of Ink Colors

The rule is one screen per color. Each different color being printed needs its own separate screen. The more colors, the more expensive the print.
