The idea behind Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing LLC came about early in 2018 after seeing a lot of changes in the community regarding youth programs. Funding was cut for a lot of programs, the waiting lists were too long, and/or the at-risk youth population just did not meet the criteria for current program services.  Thus, Golden Rule Threads Screening Printing LLC was formed as a social enterprise with the purpose to make a profit and a positive impact on the world for our youth.

The Mission of Golden Rule Threads Screen Printing LLC is to educate, inspire, and create opportunities in the workforce for at-risk youth between the ages of 14 to 18. The youth will be hired as employees to work in all positions of the business from apparel design, marketing, printing, packaging, inventory, and customer service. They will be trained in workforce development such as social skills, financial literacy, soft skills, and customer service. 

Without education, inspiration, and workforce opportunities, all of our youth are at-risk in their futures. Everyone can do something to help.
